Karter Schools provide year-round programs for school-age children—fun field trips for teacher work days, week-long camps for winter and spring breaks, and summer day camps throughout the summer with a new theme every year.
Individualized Schedules
Students at Karter School have individualized schedules (partnered with their parents guidance) where they can select from 36 clubs.
Don’t worry, clubs are rotated every 8 weeks, so your child won’t get bored! Plus we have an entire hour dedicated to homework time. Also, we have a proprietary curriculum for early finishers or students who do not have public school homework.
Running, Jumping, Climbing
Physical Education
Running (in different directions and at various speeds), jumping (over hurdles and cones in different directions), throwing, climbing, kicking, throwing to targets and other kids, shooting, swinging, catching and passing are all intentionally practiced.

Game Programming
What makes a video game fun? What makes a video game bad? What qualities make a game timeless and remain enjoyable for decades? Our program encourages students to explore what they love about existing games, and apply that to their own creations. Students are introduced to the world of video game programming using several game design and game programming software such as scratch, Tynker, Roblox Studio, and more.
Endless Things To Do
Minecraft Is An Open Sandbox Game
Want to start with nothing, explore and gather materials, and see how long you can last? Want to have every resource at your fingertips, and just build castles with your imagination? All of that and more is possible with Minecraft.
