At Karter Little Wins, our special education teachers will be more than just qualified—they’ll be trained in early childhood development, autism strategies, and trauma-informed care.
Through the Karter Training Institute, we’re investing in ongoing professional development to ensure our team can meet children where they are and help them grow.
We know that physical space matters. That’s why we’re designing Little Wins with calming colors, quiet zones, sensory play areas, and adaptive materials—so children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn on their terms.
We’re combining the best of play-based learning with a Montessori-inspired approach that emphasizes independence, hands-on discovery, and emotional awareness. For children with autism, this model supports both structure and flexibility—offering opportunities for growth at every stage.
